What actually IS Government Canyon and what is it all about? Why, it’s all about water!
Join site interpreter John Koepke at the amphitheater for an opportunity to learn everything you’ve even wondered about San Antonio’s largest State Natural Area.
Discover how water has shaped every aspect of this area: its name and its history, why the Natural Area was created in the first place, its role in protecting our aquifer, and the role every one of us plays in the future protection and preservation of our most precious of all resources.
