Habitat Hike

  • 1218 Galm Road San Antonio, TX, 78254 United States (map)

The diverse habitat at Government Canyon State Natural Area provides the food, water, and shelter needed by a wide variety of wildlife species. Join our park interpreter as we search high and low for insects, fruit, good hiding places, and everything we need to find on our habitat shopping lists.

This short hike is about 1.25 miles round trip and is best for families…or the young at heart!
