100 S'more Years at Government Canyon SNA

  • 1218 Galm Road San Antonio, TX, 78254 United States (map)

What better way to celebrate the past 100 years of Texas State Parks and look forward to 100 more years than enjoying s’mores with family or friends?

Join us at the Government Canyon SNA Group Picnic Pavilion for a short presentation on s'mores and then then make your own treat in a solar oven! Materials will be provided (thanks to the Friends of Government Canyon!) while supplies last.  After the presentation the format will be "come-and-go" while supplies last or until 11:30 am.

WHO IS INVITED

Registration & Fees

CAN’T Make it to the park??

If you can’t make it to Government Canyon, join the 100-Year Celebration fun by hosting your own s’mores get-together. Post a photo of your s’mores celebration on Facebook or Instagram @texasstateparks.org with the hashtag #100SmoreYears.
